With these earnest expectations and sincere blessings from Yang Dimin, the Director of Sanco's General Office, the Sanco 2023 Management Trainee Training Camp officially kicked off.At the opening ceremony for the new generation of Sanco, Liang Renhao, the Director of the Marketing Department, delivered an engaging "Opening Class" to all management trainees. Drawing on his nearly twenty years of workplace experience and based on Sanco's current development stage, Director Liang Renhao first provided a comprehensive introduction to the group's past, present, and future, including its development history, product solutions, business scope, and development plans. He then shared with all the students how to make the transition from being a student to entering the workplace, both in mindset and in action.
In the workplace, people can be categorized into self-igniting type, assisting-igniting type, and flame-retardant type. May you all become the strongest professionals who ignite yourselves and drive others forward!"
Growth and Companionship
As the representative of the previous batch of management trainees, Huang Derong, an Assistant Engineer in the Research and Development Center, shared his growth and changes over the past year at Sanco. From being a novice with little knowledge of products and production processes to a reliable professional capable of independently completing work tasks, Huang Derong perfectly demonstrated the "leveling up" journey of management trainees at Sanco through the support of a united team, directional guidance from leaders, strict mentorship, as well as his own perseverance and learning. This has instilled a sense of anticipation and confidence in all newcomers for the upcoming new life.
