R&D Engineer (Connector)

Job Requirements :

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in engineering and development in the connector industry preferred;
2. Have affinity, work independently, and possess strong self-motivation;
3. Strong communication and coordination skills, and strong ability to handle pressure;
4. Understand processes such as metal stamping, plastic injection molding, die casting, machining, and cold heading;
5. Have a preliminary understanding of ISO9001, IATF16949 quality management systems, and project management, and under the guidance of the R&D supervisor, produce qualified APQP documentation;

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the design and development of new products, as well as the maintenance of existing products;
2. Participate in project troubleshooting for quality anomaly issues;
3. Responsible for product DV verification and producing qualified samples;
4. Planning and implementation of product design changes.

R&D Engineer (laminated busbar)

Job Requirements :

1. College degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in mold design for soft busbar products such as laminated busbars, copper bars, and sheet metal for new energy vehicles;
2. Proficient in AutoCAD 2D software, familiar with office software and 3D design software;
3. Familiar with the processing of sheet metal/laminated busbar molds, and possess the ability to analyze and improve abnormalities in sheet metal/laminated busbar molds.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for new product quotation and project feasibility analysis (mainly for laminated busbars and copper bars);
2. Face clients and communicate effectively with them, define project-related standards, and review and solve technical issues during the development stage;
3. Convert customer drawings and technical requirements into internal processing drawings and technical requirements;
4. Responsible for providing technical support for the mass production of certain projects and products;
5. Responsible for tracking and coordinating new projects;
6. Other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

SQE Engineer

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, materials science, or related fields; familiar with ISO9001/IATF16949 and other quality management system standards;
2. Familiar with the five core tools of IATF 16949 (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP);
3. Familiar with and proficient in using QC 7 tools, 5WHY, 8D, FTA, and other related quality analysis tools;
4. Familiar with and proficient in using office software such as AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc;
5. Familiar with processes such as injection molding, electroplating, metal processing, and finished product assembly;
6. Capable of leading the analysis and handling of quality issues, and skilled in cross-departmental communication and coordination.

2. At least 2 years of project execution experience in manufacturing/automotive industry, with overseas project coordination experience preferred, and a basic project management certificate (such as CAPM) preferred;
3. CET-6 or above, with BEC (Business English Certificate) intermediate or above preferred;
4. Able to communicate fluently in English for project-related matters, independently write English project materials, and possess the ability to compile and review English project materials;
5. Familiar with the execution process of manufacturing projects, possessing the ability to control details, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively, and capable of efficiently promoting project implementation.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the full-process execution of projects for foreign clients, encompassing scheme follow-up, trial production coordination, delivery docking, and other aspects, to ensure the project node are met;
2. Engage in business and technical communication with foreign clients independently in both Chinese and English, and promptly respond to their needs;
3. Proficient in operating PLM systems, preparing English project materials and PPAP documents, and completing data archiving and management;
4. Manage and control project risks and changes, develop contingency plans, track the implementation of changes, and minimize their impact on the project;
5. Coordinate cross-departmental resources, advance project progress, resolve issues encountered during execution, and optimize project interface processes.

Lean Engineer

Job Requirements :

1. Possess at least 5 years of experience in lean production within the manufacturing industry, with a senior engineer background preferred;
2. Familiar with various tools and techniques of lean production, such as 5S, value stream mapping, Kanban system, etc;
3. Possess excellent project management and team leadership skills;
4. Possess strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities;
5. Good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively promote the execution of projects;
6. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for formulating and optimizing the company's lean production processes to enhance production efficiency;
2. Organize and implement lean production projects, and drive continuous improvement;
3. Monitor and analyze the production process, promptly identify and solve problems;
4. Guide team members to conduct standardized operations to ensure production quality;
5. Work closely with various departments to promote cross-departmental collaboration and achieve overall goals.
